Background: The aim of this study was to compare the rates of vaccination against COVID-19 infection in psychiatric outpatients and the general population, as well as rates of infected patients. In addition, the level and type of anxiety due to the pandemic were observed in patients with psychotic, anxiety, and depressive disorders.
Materials And Methods: In the present study, 171 patients with pre-existing mental disorders completed the questionnaire about the doses and types of vaccination against COVID-19.

However, while studying the transglucosylation reaction conditions, it was found out that benzyl alcohol is a non-competitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase's hydrolytic activity (Ki=18mM, toward maltose). Due to its interesting ability to be glycosylated by the enzyme and to inhibit its hydrolytic activity, we proposed a plausible mechanism for the phenolic α-glucosydase inhibitor's binding, since the mechanism of inhibition has not yet been elucidated.

The antioxidant properties of these compounds were also studied. A structural analysis of the tested phenolics suggests that multiple OH substitution and conjugation are important determinants of the free radical scavenging activity and electrochemical behavior.

We hypothesize that this patient has a genetic haptoglobin variant with a low hemoglobin binding capacity which resulted in hemoglobinuria after physical fraternity hazing. A review of the literature regarding traumatic hemoglobinuria supports the association between decreased baseline plasma haptoglobin levels and hemoglobinuria after trauma.
