Drought stress reduces crop biomass yield and the profitability of rainfed agricultural systems. Evaluation of populations or accessions adapted to diverse geographical and agro-climatic environments sheds light on beneficial plant responses to enhance and optimize yield in resource-limited environments. Several imaging protocols and image analysis programs exist, but they are not optimized for high-throughput, repeatable, and robust root crown phenotyping. There are limited data available on sevoflurane t(1/2)(ke0) during routine anaesthesia and surgery. Preliminary observations suggested t(1/2)(ke0) for the degree of hypnosis as estimated by BIS is different from that for burst suppression of the electroencephalograph, occurring at 'deep' levels of anaesthesia.
