The resulting CCL5 5p12 5m-C37 fusion protein was expressed in and proved to be capable of inhibiting R5 HIV-1 strains with low to sub-picomolar IC, maintaining its antagonism toward CCR5. In addition, CCL5 5p12 5m-C37 inhibits R5/X4 and X4 HIV-1 strains in the picomolar concentration range.

Different from spheres with a degeneracy of (2l+1), with l being the angular momentum quantum number, the eigenmodes of dumbbells are either singly or doubly degenerate owing to their axial symmetry. The BLS spectrum reveals a new, low-frequency peak, which is attributed to the out-of-phase vibration of the two lobes of the dumbbell.

We evaluated a large, international, multicenter cohort to identify the probability and risk factors associated with recurrent AIH and the association between recurrent disease and patient and graft survival.
Methods: We included 736 patients (77% female, mean age 42±1 years) with AIH who underwent LT from January 1987 through June 2020, among 33 centers in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
