Machine Vision-Assisted Design of End Effector Pose in Robotic Mixed Depalletizing of Heterogeneous Cargo.

Automated depalletizing systems aim to offer continuous and efficient operation in warehouse logistics, reducing cycle times and contributing to worker safety. However, most commercially available depalletizing solutions are designed primarily for highly homogeneous cargo arranged in orthogonal configurations. This paper presents a real-time approach for depalletizing heterogeneous pallets with boxes of varying sizes and arbitrary orientations, including configurations where the topmost surfaces of boxes are not necessarily parallel to each other.

Contextual neural dynamics during time perception in the primate ventral premotor cortex.

Understanding how time perception adapts to cognitive demands remains a significant challenge. In some contexts, the brain encodes time categorically (as "long" or "short"), while in others, it encodes precise time intervals on a continuous scale. Although the ventral premotor cortex (VPC) is known for its role in complex temporal processes, such as speech, its specific involvement in time estimation remains underexplored.

Results: The most relevant changes in the CPR recommendations for 2020 are in basic CPR the possibility of activating the emergency system after performing the five rescue ventilations with the mobile phone on loudspeaker, and in advanced CPR, bag ventilation between two rescuers if possible, the administration of epinephrine as soon as a vascular access is obtained, the increase in the respiratory rate in intubated children between 10 and 25 bpm according to their age and the importance of controlling the quality and coordination of CPR.
