Objective: To report the first single port access (SPA) adrenalectomy to minimize patient discomfort through a less invasive procedure.
Methods/results: We performed the first SPA in a 63-year-old, otherwise healthy Caucasian female who had a 4.5-cm left adrenal mass that was incidentally discovered on computed tomography scan of the abdomen and pelvis.
