Background: Lhermitte's sign (LS) is characterized by electric shock-like sensations, spreading along the spine in a cervico-caudal direction and into the arms and legs. It is felt upon flexion of the neck and reflects a myelopathy resulting from damage to sensory axons at the dorsal columns of the cervical spinal cord. In patients with cancer, LS can occur due to direct tumour involvement of the spine or in relation to radiotherapy.

Background: Sorafenib is a multikinase inhibitor with an established role in treating renal cell carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. In vivo studies have demonstrated sorafenib's inhibitory effects on various immune cells and cytokines which are essential to the maintenance of latency of granulomas in patients with latent tuberculosis infection.

Case Report: A 74-year-old male with clear cell renal cell carcinoma with pulmonary metastases was treated with sorafenib to good effect.

We report on two cases of women on trastuzumab therapy for breast cancer who became pregnant and delivered healthy live infants. At the time of reporting the children are growing and developing normally (ages 3 and 2).
