Background: Postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death and severe maternal morbidity worldwide. Previous studies have reported the importance of multidisciplinary treatment approaches for postpartum hemorrhage; however, only a few studies have shown a clear improvement in maternal outcomes. Dual-energy computed tomography is suitable to elucidate the pathogenesis of COVID-19 pneumonia because it highlights the blood flow changes in organs. We report the dual-energy computed tomography findings of a successfully treated case of COVID-19 pneumonia.
