Ewing sarcoma is a rare highly malignant neoplasm that is mostly encountered as a primary bone tumor of childhood. Extra osseous occurrence is less frequent and cases involving the vulva are very rare with only twelve reported to date. We report the case of a Ewing sarcoma that presented as a vulvar mass in a 28-year-old Lebanese lady and briefly review the differential diagnosis as well as the published literature regarding the clinical presentation and prognosis.

Methods: From 2000 till 2007, a total of 31 patients underwent sub-urethral tape placement for stress urinary incontinence and developed thereafter lower urinary tract symptoms. The urological evaluation consisted of a detailed medical history, a urogynecologic examination, a complete urodynamic exam, a measurement of the post-void residue, and an introital ultrasound.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare neonatal death rates in preterm singleton breech deliveries from 26 weeks to 29 weeks 6 days of gestation in centers with either a policy of planned vaginal delivery (PVD) or planned cesarean delivery (PCD).
Study Design: Women with preterm singleton breech deliveries were identified from the databases of 3 perinatal centers and classified as PVD or PCD according to the center's management policy.
Results: The study included 84 women in the PVD group and 85 women in the PCD group.
