Neuroendocrine pancreatic tumor causing chronic diarrhea in young adult, a case report.

Secretory tumors of vasoactive intestinal polypeptides (VIPomas) are rare neuroendocrine pancreatic neoplasms usually associated with secretory diarrhea. Most cases present themselves with diarrhea, weight loss, and hypokalemia. Although VIPoma patients share easily distinguishable symptoms, early diagnosis remains a challenge.
