Aims - to identify features of availability of health staff, facilities and equipment in healthcare, to examine the current state and changes in the number of health facilities and medical staff in health care systems in the countries of the world and in Ukraine. The study uses current global health statistics by WHO and World Bank as well as data on healthcare resources by Center for Medical Statistics of Ukraine for the year 2017. It analyzes and compares availability and use of some healthcare resources in Ukraine and Top 10 countries in the WHO Ranking.

Objective: Introduction: The prevalence and incidence of cardiovascular diseases have been attracting considerable attention in recent decades. This is partly due to the fact that myocardial fibrosis is the major consequence of the most nosological units of cardiovascular diseases. We believe that early pathogenic therapy of myocardial fibrosis should be taken into consideration as a solution to this issue.
