TNF alpha Inhibitors in Cardiac Sarcoidosis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

Background: Recent studies have focused on treating cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) with corticosteroids primarily mitigating symptoms and reducing the risk of mortality and other cardiovascular complications. A promising new treatment approach involves tumor necrosis factor (TNF) alpha inhibitors.

Methodology: A systematic search was conducted on PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and Elsevier's Science Direct databases to identify studies comparing TNF alpha inhibitors with other drugs in CS patients who had heart failure.

A total of 711 participants with NS1 antigen positivity were enrolled, followed by viral RNA extraction from the collected blood samples and a multiplex real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay to determine the dengue virus serotypes.

While visible and near-infrared (VIS-NIR) spectroscopy makes it possible to estimate crop leaf moisture, spectral preprocessing and multiband spectral indices have important significance in the quantitative analysis of LWC. In this work, the fractional order derivative (FOD) was used for leaf spectral processing, and multiband spectral indices were constructed based on the band-optimization algorithm.

The present study explores the structural, morphological, optical, and electrical properties of spray pyrolyzed (Al-Zn) dual-doped CdO thin films. The un-doped and (Al-Zn) dual-doped CdO thin films have been deposited on glass substrate using spray pyrolysis route at 325 °C. The physical properties of the doped samples were analyzed as a function of Zn concentration (2-5 mol%) with constant Al (3 mol%) concentration.
