[A Case of Rectal Neuroendocrine Carcinoma with Iris Metastasis].

A 62-year-old man with anal pain was diagnosed with rectal neuroendocrine carcinoma. There were multiple metastases in the liver, lung, paraaortic lymph node, and bone of the patient. After performing a diverting colostomy, irinotecan and cisplatin were administered.
