Background: Primary cardiac angiosarcomas are extremely rare and their prognosis is poor. Surgical resection is the first-line treatment; however, no clear standard of care has been clearly established because of the rarity of these tumors.
Case Presentation: A 61-year-old man who had presented with dyspnea on exertion was referred to our hospital.
Background: An aortoesophageal fistula can prove to be fatal. Salvage thoracic endovascular aortic repair as a bridging therapy and radical surgery with thoracotomy should be considered while treating aortoesophageal fistula without spontaneous closure. The CIP-resistant and susceptible were removed by a 3 log smaller concentration by a 5 h contact test at maximum. We report the case of a 74-year-old man treated for refractory non-malignant pericardial effusion using a pericardioperitoneal shunt. After the failure of conventional pericardiocentesis, a pericardioperitoneal shunt using a Denver shunt was inserted to drain the pericardial effusion into the peritoneal cavity.
