Introduction: Noonan syndrome is the second most common syndromic cause of congenital heart disease. Most patients have an autosomal dominant inheritance, but some cases may be sporadic. Introduction: Myxomas are the most common type of cardiac benign tumors and most of them are located in the left atrium, followed by the right atrium. The majority of Myxomas is located in the left atrium and has a variable clinical presentation. Introduction: Typically a patient with acute aortic dissection presents with severe chest pain radiating to the back, tearing in nature. Rarely it can present as painless acute aortic dissection this is seen in iatrogenic cases or when associated with atherosclerosis, diabetes, or aortic aneurysm.

Coarctation of the aorta (CoA) is one of the common congenital cardiovascular diseases. CoA can be diagnosed over a wide range of ages, with varying degrees of severity, and in various presentations. The most common presenting age of CoA is 3 - 6 months with only a small proportion of adolescents and adults diagnosed with primary aortic coarctation of the aorta.
