Exegesis: From an observation, concerning an important, tumoral and isolated splenomegaly in 48-year-old-man. The authors put the accent on his tumorous variety by the clinic, the imagery and on macroscopic appearance of the operative piece.
Digestive bleeding is a rare complication of jejunal diverticulas whose diagnosis and treatment are difficult. We report a case of hematochezia whose origin was not determined by endoscopic investigations. Coelio-mesenteric arteriography showed a leakage of contrast medium from a jejunal arterial branch and allowed a successful embolization of the arterial branches feeding the bleeding point.

Neurological complication of this therapeutic method can be avoided using an anterior route. We report the occurrence of splenic necrosis after celiac plexus block, which represents an exceptional complication of the therapeutic procedure.

The authors report 5 cases of pseudotumoral tuberculosis of the liver. They essentially involved young men from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. Clinically, poor general condition with massive weight loss was constant, while pyrexia and hepatomegaly were sometimes absent.
