This study assessed the effects of high-fiber olive pomace (OP) and exogenous multi-enzymes (phytase, cellulase and xylanase) on broiler chickens' growth performance, internal organs, intestinal morphology, blood traits, serum lipid profile and health. A total of three hundred one-day-old Ross 308 chicks were randomly allocated into six treatments using a 2 × 3 factorial design involving 0 and 0.5 g/kg multi-enzymes and 0, 5, and 10% olive pomace.
