Finger millet/ragi () is recognized for its nutritional benefits and health-promoting properties, but detailed molecular insights into its bioactive components remain limited. This study employs high-resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS) to profile the complex biochemical constituents of finger millet, focusing on identifying compounds with potential immunomodulatory effects. Through comprehensive analysis of finger millet extracts, we identified a range of bioactive molecules belonging to different classes of drugs.
