We present a novel framework that integrates segmentation of lesion masks and prediction of COVID-19 in chest CT scans in one shot. In order to classify the whole input image, we introduce a type of associations among lesion mask features extracted from the scan slice that we refer to as affinities. This paper investigates the classification of radiographic images with eleven convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures (). The CNNs were used to classify a series of wrist radiographs from the Stanford Musculoskeletal Radiographs (MURA) dataset into two classes-normal and abnormal. The article presents the analysis of elicited and systematized indices of morbidity of acutely contagious diseases in the Empire of Russia and the USSR in 1887-1949. The firmly established in scientific literature opinion about stable epidemic well-being set in the USSR in 1930-1940s is disproved. Aim: To improve the results of treatment of gastroesophageal variceal bleeding (GEVB) in cirrhotic patients with thrombocytopenia.

Material And Methods: A total experience of the clinic includes 338 GEVB patients, endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL) and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) were performed in 162 and 157 cases respectively. Nevertheless, just the efficacy of initial pharmacological hemostatic therapy was analyzed.
