Choroid plexus carcinomas (CPCs) are rare intraventricular lesions encountered in the pediatric population. The dreaded perioperative complication causing high mortality and morbidity in patients undergoing excision of CPC is massive intraoperative hemorrhage, which results in massive blood transfusion, and coagulopathy.
