Groundwater vulnerability assessment using the fuzzy logic technique is attempted in this study. A hierarchical fuzzy inference system is created to serve the selected objective. We describe herein a facile method for the synthesis of quinoline derivatives from Morita-Baylis-Hillman (MBH) Alcohols Palladium Catalyzed intramolecular aryl amination followed by allylic amination pathway. The reaction between a series of MBH alcohols and amino compounds (Tosyl, aliphatic and aromatic amines) under optimized reaction conditions with Pd(PPh)Cl/DPPP catalyst system, afforded the corresponding 1,2-dihydroquinolines upto 95 % isolated yield.

Objective: To determine the frequency of premalignant and malignant lesions in cervical polyps in order to examine whether cervical polyps need to be removed routinely and also to appraise its association with cervical smear cytology and endometrial pathologies.
Methods: We retrospectively re-examined the hospital records of 299 cases over a period of 5 years. All patients were segregated into perimenopausal and postmenopausal groups according to their menopausal status.
Triple negative breast carcinoma (TNBC) is an aggressive form of cancer, with high rates of morbidity, mortality, poor prognosis and limited therapeutic options. The objective of the present study was to elaborate the anticancer activity of Troxerutin (TXN) in TNBC/MDA-MB-231 cells. Herein, we demonstrated the inhibitory effects of TXN on the breast cancer cell growth via induction of apoptosis.
