Background: Job satisfaction is the extent to which an employee feels positively or negatively toward their job. Hospitals with high job satisfaction among nurses provide higher-quality nursing care, resulting in higher patient satisfaction.
Aims: This study was conducted to determine job satisfaction among nurses in Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR) hospitals.
Background: After recovering from the acute phase of COVID-19, some of the infected children manifest long COVID symptoms. The present study aims to identify long COVID symptoms in children and adolescents admitted to hospitals in Bushehr, Iran, during 2021 to 2023, and compare them with the non-affected group.
Methods: This historical cohort study with a population-based control group was conducted on 141 children and adolescents with COVID-19 hospitalized in Bushehr city hospitals and 141 non-affected peers.
Background And Aim: Medication errors (MEs) in hospitals decrease patient satisfaction, increase hospital mortality, lower hospital productivity, and increase in the costs of the health system. This study was conducted to determine the rate of MEs in Iranian hospitals.
Method: In this meta-analysis, all published articles on ME rates in Iranian hospitals were identified from five databases and Google Scholar and assessed for quality.

The evaluation of cytotoxic and apoptotic activities of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) synthesized by aqueous extract of Prosopis farcta was investigated against lung (A549) and colon (HT-29) cell lines. The cytotoxic activity of nanoparticles was performed using MTT assay, while their apoptotic activity was tested using TUNEL method. The obtained results of MTT showed that the cell viability of A549 was dependent on the nanoparticles concentration and incubation time.
