Background: Immunotherapy has become an efficacious option in the management of solid organ malignancies. Immune-related adverse events including pneumonitis are well described and may be particularly of concern in patients receiving immunotherapy for non-small-cell lung cancer.

Case Presentations: In this paper, we describe three cases of immunotherapy-induced pneumonitis occurring in the management of lung malignancy.

Physical activity (PA) is essential for youth weight management. FOCUS on a Fitter Future (FFF), a group of health care professionals from 25 children's hospitals, sponsored by the Children's Hospital Association, examined current care practices for overweight and obese youth with the goal of building consensus on outcome measurements and quality improvement for pediatric weight management programs (WMPs). WMPs completed a survey regarding PA practices, including testing, assessment and intervention.

Background: The slope of the minute ventilation versus CO2 production relationship (VE/VCO2 slope) is an index of gas exchange efficiency during exercise. In patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF), it correlates negatively with exercise capacity and is one of the best predictors of peak oxygen consumption (VO2). In these patients, the magnitude of the VE/VCO2 slope is related to the severity of pulmonary blood flow maldistribution (PBFM).

This study aimed to determine whether the exercise capacity of patients with pulmonary atresia/intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS) who have undergone biventricular repair is superior to that of patients with single ventricle repairs and to account for any differences. PA/IVS is generally treated with either biventricular (outflow tract reconstruction) or univentricular (Fontan) palliation. Although biventricular repair is believed to result in superior exercise function, this theory is untested.
