Objectives: To systematically report and document Trigeminal Trophic Syndrome (TTS), characterize its clinical presentation, diagnostic tests performed, outline management strategies, outcomes; and highlight the role of otolaryngologists in the tissue diagnosis of this rare syndrome.

Review Methods: PubMed/Medline, Scopus, and Cochrane databases were systematically reviewed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines to identify all cases of TTS published with an English translation from inception to December 2020.
Background: While previous studies have assessed patient reported quality of life (QOL) of various vestibular schwannoma (VS) treatment modalities, few studies have assessed QOL as related to the amount of residual tumor and need for retreatment in a large series of patients. Objective: To assess patient reported QOL outcomes following VS resection with a focus on extent of resection and retreatment.
Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed using single-center institutional data of adult patients who underwent VS resection by the senior authors between 1989-2018 at Loyola University Medical Center.
Objective The incidence of vestibular schwannomas is increasing, and the average tumor size at diagnosis is decreasing. Therefore, understanding the specific growth pattern of small vestibular schwannomas is becoming increasingly important to guide clinical management. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the growth patterns of very small intracanalicular vestibular schwannomas measuring ≤ 4 mm in linear diameter and to assess the likelihood of these lesions ever requiring treatment.
