Objective: This study aims to assess the impact of integrating ATLAS 2030 into the conventional therapy regimen for children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) compared to conventional therapy alone regarding gross motor function, range of motion (ROM) and spasticity.
Design: A non-randomized controlled trial conducted in outpatient rehabilitation settings and special education schools, following the recommendations by the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) statement.
Participants: Thirty children with CP divided into intervention and control groups.
The specific management of infective endocarditis (IE) in elderly patients is not specifically addressed in recent guidelines despite its increasing incidence and high mortality in this population. The term "elderly" corresponds to different ages in the literature, but it is defined by considerable comorbidity and heterogeneity. Cancer incidence, specifically colorectal cancer, is increased in older patients with IE and impacts its outcome.

Methods: Patients with prevalent or incident atrial fibrillation were selected throughout a study period of 5 years. Stroke, transitory ischemic attack, hemorrhagic stroke, and all-cause mortality were identified in the claims of the electronic health records (EHRs).
This study assessed the impact of acute hemoglobin (Hb) falls in heart failure (HF) patients. HF patients with repeated Hb values over time were included. Falls in Hb greater than 30% were considered to represent an acute episode of anemia and the risk of hospitalization and all-cause mortality after the first episode was assessed.

Methods And Results: Patients with a diagnosis of HF and with serial measurements of renal function collected throughout the study period were included. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was calculated with the CKD-EPI (Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration).
Cemento-osseous dysplasia is a benign lesion which affects the jaw bones. It is a frequent incidental finding but no aggressive therapy is necessary. However, it may be confused with more aggressive entities, such as ossifying and cementifying fibroma, which do require treatment.
