This study assessed the effects of blue and Er:YAG lasers, fluoride varnish, and their combination on microhardness, and calcium and phosphorus content of demineralized enamel. The primary Vickers microhardness of 28 third molars was measured and their enamel calcium and phosphorous content was quantified by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. This study aimed to evaluate the shear bond strength of ceramic brackets bonded to the enamel surface using Vertise Flow, with or without the application of phosphoric acid.
