Massive iliopsoas haematoma during the course of COVID-19 pneumonia.

This report presents a case of life-threatening iliopsoas haematoma in an immunosuppressed 86-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer during the clinical course of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The patient was hospitalized for COVID-19-associated pneumonia. One week after admission, he complained of pain in his right thigh when he changed his position.
