Cerebellar hemorrhage in a patient with propionic acidemia.

Cerebellar hemorrhage (CH) is a well-known complication in newborns. Among metabolic patients, it has been classically described but rarely reported. This is the first description of a patient with propionic acidemia in whom magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allowed diagnosis of asymptomatic CH.
