The North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) implemented an alternative-to-discipline program (AP) in 1995 for nurses experiencing a substance use disorder. There have been programmatic changes since the inception of the AP. We want to share our technique with the imaging community.
Methods: We present a review of our scan technique as it has evolved over the 3 years during which we have been assisting our neurosurgical team.
