Combined pituitary hormone deficiency (CPHD) is a rare disorder caused by a complete absence of the anterior pituitary gland hormones. The Dental manifestation, managmnet and two-year-follow-up of a case of a 12-year-old patient with CPHD is reported in this paper. A 12-year-old male patient with medical history of congenital CPHD and vitamin D deficiency presented for dental treatment.
