[Primary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast: a rare tumor in humans].

Primitive large cell neuroendocrine tumor of the breast is an extremely rare entity. Less than ten cases have been reported in the literature. We report a new case of a 61-year old male patient presenting with locally advanced tumor of the right breast, immediately metastasized to the lungs and pleura, staged cT4bN1M1.
