Background: Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is the most aggressive thyroid gland malignancy. Several consensuses support the concept of multimodal therapy that combines surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy. However, patient's comorbidity, poor performance status, and metastasis often make it impossible for patients to undergo multimodal therapy.

The present study aims to evaluate the effect of liquid fish protein hydrolysate (FPH) following fishmeal substitution with full-fat and defatted BSF (black soldier fly, ) meal in the feeds of juvenile ornate spiny lobster, . The physiological aspects of juvenile lobsters including growth, fatty acids profile, and histopathology were observed. Six isoenergetic experimental feeds having a protein-to-energy ratio of 26 CP mg kJ were formulated with the substitution of fishmeal at 25% using liquid FPH, full-fat BSF (FBSF), defatted BSF (DBSF), and their combination.

Irrational antibiotic use in Indonesia is considered high, yet there are still lacks reliable information regarding the issue. The quantity of antibiotic use studies, in particular during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, was not well reported. The aim of this study was to evaluate antibiotic use in COVID-19 patients at a province referral hospital in Aceh, Indonesia, Dr Zainoel Abidin Hospital, and to assess the association between antibiotic use and COVID-19 clinical outcomes.

Experimental and field studies have indicated that surfactants enhance oil recovery (EOR) in unconventional reservoirs. Rock surface wettability plays an important role in determining the efficacy of this EOR method. In these reservoirs, the initial wettability of the rock surface is especially important due to the extremely low porosity, permeability, and resulting proximity of fluids to the solid surface.

Effects of different dietary protein sources on the immunological and physiological responses of marron, Cherax cainii (Austin and Ryan, 2002) and its susceptibility to high temperature exposure.

A two phased feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of alternative protein sources on the immunophysiological responses of marron. During the phase I, marron were fed with five alternative protein supplemented diets for 90 days, while in phase II, the same marron were exposed to elevated temperature (30 °C) and their immunophysiological responses were investigated post exposure. Five isoproteic (crude protein 30%) and isoenergetic diets were prepared by containing fishmeal, poultry by-product meal, feather meal, lupin meal, and meat and bone meal as the main protein source.
