In medical organizations special forms (approved by orders of the Ministry of health and the Central statistical office) are used to present the results of laboratory examination of the population for syphilis. Currently, these forms include laboratory technologies that do not meet modern standards. In 2018-2019 the normative documents, regulating the use of accounting forms of medical documentation in the public health system, and the practice of using forms with the results of laboratory examination for syphilis were studied in 35 branches of 3 medical organizations of the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region and in 18 branches of Moscow city was conducted.

There are no commonly accepted criteria for the diagnosis of sarcoidosis due to the lack of data on the etiology of the disease. The exclusion of tuberculosis in every patient with suspected sarcoidosis is a mandatory stage of diagnosis, especially in countries with a high burden of tuberculosis.

Based on the results of Phases I-III clinical trials, the authors evaluate the efficacy and safety of the agent and consider the adverse effects of its treatment for respiratory TB. The use of perchlozon as a component of combination therapy versus standard chemotherapy regimens significantly reduces abacillation time in pulmonary TB caused by its drug-resistant pathogen.

There is evidence for the relationship of the BBA to the sensitivity to isoniazid and the structure of drug resistance. The zero values of BBA correspond to the severest course of the disease.

ATP ligation of P2X(7) receptors expressed on human macrophages infected with mycobacteria induces cell death and subsequent loss of intracellular bacterial viability. This study analysed the allelic distribution of two single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the P2RX7 gene in the Slavic population of the St Petersburg area of Russia.

Clinical Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) strains (their genotype, drug resistance, and virulence) and the characteristics of their caused processes were studied. More than a half the studied MBT isolates belonged to the genetic family Beijing. As compared with mycobacteria of individual genotypes, they showed a significantly higher rate of multidrug resistance, polyresistance, and a high virulescence and caused more common and frequently progressive pulmonary lesions requiring the use of large-dose isoniazid and second-line drugs and early surgical treatment.

The pathogen of the disease was MBT of the Beijing family in 20 patients and the individual genotype of MBT in 22 patients. It has been ascertained that MBT of the Beijing genotype (80%) was more commonly recorded in secondary tuberculosis, both MBT of the Beijing family (59.

A relationship of the clinical picture of destructive pulmonary tuberculosis to the genotype, drug resistance, and virulence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) strains was studied. As compared with the processes induced by individual genotypes, pulmonary tuberculosis caused by MBT from the family Beijing was found to be characterized by more marked clinical symptoms, multisegmental lung tissue lesions with multiple decay cavities, by low bacteriostatic blood activity, abundant bacterial isolation, and progression. MBT of the Beijing genotype were characterized by higher rates of resistance to antituberculous drugs and their combinations than were the strains of individual genotypes; they have a high virulence, which is likely to enhance their transmissibility and to determine the poor course of a specific process.

Twenty four (56%) and 19 (44%) M. tuberculosis strains belonged to the Beijing and individual genotypes, respectively.

IS 6110-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) fingerprinting, together with investigations to detect mutations conferring drug resistance, revealed relationships between the isolates and links between the cases.

It is supposed that this peak is due to the melting of AT-rich regions of internucleosomal DNA in chromatin fibers of tumor cells, which results from the partial loss of proteins or the modification of H1 histone.

Two hundred and ten children at the age of 17 days up to 15 years have been examined. Echocameras, working in the grey scale regime have been used. At examination of the arm, forearm, brachial, elbow and radiocarpal joints in the children the most informative are longitudinal echographic approaches.

The scintigraphic characteristics were examined in 10 cats following ligation of the interventricular artery at its middle third for more than 20 min, followed by myocardial reperfusion, histochemical and electron microscopic studies. Cat interventricular artery occlusion for a more than 20 min was found to be followed by specific ischemic changes in ECG and myocardial accumulation of 99mTc pyrophosphate.

It has been revealed that the more unfolding state of DNA in ascitic nucleosomes (discovered earlier) is determined by the peculiarities of the interactions between DNA and the dimers H2A-H2B, as well as by the linker histones of the H1 group. The investigation of the DNA folding in the oligonucleosome chains with increasing ionic strength has shown complete invariability of the DNA compactness in the ascitic chromatin up to 100 mM NaCl, while in liver nucleosomes an additional folding of the linker portion of the DNA was observed within the range of 20-40 mM NaCl.

A change of the secondary structure of histones isolated from tumor cells was observed. This changed structure showed increased percentage of elongated left helix of poly-l-proline II type. It is concerned with an increased content of bivalent Ca++ and Mg++ ions.

It has been shown that the content of these cations is higher in normal and diseased H3, H2B and H1 fractions and lower--in H2A; however, in the H4 fraction these metals are not detected. A significant increase of Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+ levels has been established in ascitic H3, H2B and H1 fractions.
