Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a most common microbiological syndrome. Multiplex next-generation sequencing (NGS) or molecular tests allow a complete and accurate vaginal microbiota profiling in order to determine the primary causative agent. Due to the high costs and limited availability of NGS, the multiplex real-time PCR draws more attention.

Objective: The intracranial pressure (ICP) affects the dynamics of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and its waveform contains information that is of clinical importance in medical conditions such as hydrocephalus. Active manipulation of the ICP waveform could enable the investigation of pathophysiological processes altering CSF dynamics and driving hydrocephalus.

Methods: A soft robotic actuator system for intracranial pulse pressure amplification was developed to model normal pressure hydrocephalus in vivo.

The objective of this study was to compare the clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of IL-17 inhibitors (SEC, IXE, NTK) in the treatment of adult patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in the healthcare system of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The study is a sub-analysis of a previously published systematic review and network meta-analysis of the comparative efficacy of biologics in adult patients with AS in the Russian Federation.

Purpose: Robotic assistance in otologic surgery can reduce the task load of operating surgeons during the removal of bone around the critical structures in the lateral skull base. However, safe deployment into the anatomical passageways necessitates the development of advanced sensing capabilities to actively limit the interaction forces between the surgical tools and critical anatomy.

Methods: We introduce a surgical drill equipped with a force sensor that is capable of measuring accurate tool-tissue interaction forces to enable force control and feedback to surgeons.

Magnetic hysteresis is a manifestation of non-equilibrium state of magnetic domain walls trapped in local energy minima. Using two types of experiments we show that, after application of a magnetic field to a ferromagnet, acoustic oscillations excited in the latter can "equilibrate" metastable magnetic domain structure by triggering the motion of domain walls into more stable configurations. Single crystals of archetypal NiMnGa magnetic shape memory alloy in the cubic phase were used in the experiments.

Continuous improvement of protocols for the treatment of various ailments, in particular, osteochondrosis, is one of the important tasks of providing medical care to elderly patients. Supplementation of treatment with Cytoflavin and biofeed-back therapy seems to be a promising solution, however, it is necessary to develop an algorithm to predict it effectiveness in patients taking into account their initial clinical and psychophysiological status. As a result of the treatment, predictors of the effectiveness of the use of Cytoflavin and biofeed-back therapy have been identified and an algorithm for their administration has been developed.

One of the ways to improve the condition of the elderly body is the method of auto-training with biofeedback, as a means of correcting deviations in the functioning of the regulatory apparatus, as well as improving antioxidant protection and eliminating the effects of oxidative stress using Cytoflavin therapy. These methods seem to be a simple and effective means of correcting negative changes in the FS of elderly hockey players after a training cycle and ensuring the possibility of a more complete recovery of their body. The difference in the points of application made it possible to combine the intake of Cytoflavin and biofeedback training into a single complex correctional and restorative technique.

Objective: To assess an effect of cytoflavin on the results of rehabilitation treatment and the increase in exercise tolerance in patients with stroke complicated by post-intensive care syndrome (PICS).

Material And Methods: The data of 53 patients who underwent neurorehabilitation in the ICU after ischemic stroke were analyzed. Depending on the treatment regimen, the patients were divided into two groups.

The article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of the addition of a standard course of conservative therapy to 104 patients of the older age group with coxarthrosis deforming the drug «Cytoflavin» and cognitive-behavioral therapy courses. It was found that such scheme increases the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, which manifests itself as the improvement of the mental and physical components of quality of life by reducing pain and increasing the functionality of some of the affected hip. At the heart of positive clinical effect is a decrease in processes of inflammation and reduction of tension of regulatory processes in the organism.

The temperature and field dependences of internal friction and Young´s modulus are studied using a high-resolution ultrasonic (90 kHz) technique in stoichiometric ferromagnetic Ni₂MnGa shape memory alloy close to the premartensitic transformation temperature, , in the demagnetized state and under moderate fields. Several new effects observed like an apparent Young´s modulus softening close to under moderate fields, instead of the hardening outside this range, as well as existing controversies in the apparent elastic and anelastic properties of Ni₂MnGa close to are explained by microeddy and macroeddy current relaxations that to date have been disregarded.

The aim of the study was to assess the impact of cytoflavin and bioflavin therapy on the dynamics of clinical and psychophysiological status of patients with Osteochondrosis. 150 patients with osteochondrosis of a backbone were investigated. The patients were divided into two groups using method of randomization: the main group - 75 patients - and control group -75 patients.

Linear and non-linear internal friction and the effective Young's modulus of a NiTi alloy have been studied after different heat treatments, affecting hydrogen content, over wide ranges of temperatures (13-300 K) and strain amplitudes (10-10) at frequencies near 90 kHz. It has been shown that the contamination of the alloy by hydrogen strongly affects the internal friction and Young's modulus of the martensitic phase. Presence of hydrogen gives rise to a non-relaxation internal friction maximum due to a competition of two different temperature-dependent processes.

The authors studied the efficiency of the expansion of the standard course of conservative therapy of deforming coxarthrosis by appointment Cytoflavin and behavioral therapy. The study was performed on 104 elderly patients. It was found that the addition of the existing scheme increases the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, which manifests itself as the improvement of the mental and physical components of quality of life by reducing pain and increasing the functionality of some of the affected hip.
