Methods: 64 patients diagnosed with SCLC in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Thirty-two patients in group A were treated with irinotecan combined with nedaplatin, while 32 patients in group B were treated with irinotecan combined with cisplatin.
