[Cellulitis of male external genitalia in Mali].

The observation presented is that of cellulitis of the external genitalia (Fournier's gangrene) in an elderly diabetic male hospitalized in Kati in Mali. The speed of progression and severity of this syndrome are detailed.

[Local necrosis and infection complicating envenomation with in a child in Mali].

A 4-year-old child living with his parents in Kolokani, a town about 100 km from Bamako, was bitten on the left index finger by a snake of the species (fonfoni in local language). After 2 weeks of traditional treatment, local complications were observed. The child was admitted to the Néné clinic in Kati (Mali) on 19 July 2022.
