Background: Breast cancer is one of the greatest global dilemmas, and the current treatment option is to target hormone receptors with partial agonists/antagonists. Estrogen and aromatase enzymes play important roles in breast cancer. Excessive estrogen activity or inadequate estrogen production leads to various hormonal issues, including breast cancer.

In this review, we have summarized the systematic research outputs of different parts of the papaya plant extracts and elaborated the role of its phytochemicals, anticancer activities, therapeutic targets and mechanisms. Several phenolic compounds have been identified from this plant.

To conquer this problem, nanoformulation of DIM was synthesized and investigated its mechanism-based chemotherapeutic potential.
Methods: 7,12-Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA) 25 mg/kg b.
The present study aimed to investigate the effect of 3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM) on inflammatory markers, estrogen receptors (ER), progesterone receptors (PR), level of glycoprotein and the mast cell population in 7,12-dimethylbenz (a) anthracene (DMBA) 25 mg/kg b.wt. induced rat mammary carcinogenesis.

Aim: To determine a dose-response effect of Pleurotus ostreatus on oxidant/antioxidant status in 7,12-dimethylbenz. (a) antheracene induced.
Background: Pergularia daemia (Asclepiadacea) is a fetid- smelling perennial herb growing well along the river bang and road sides of India. Naturally the plant has powerful antioxidants including polyphenols, flavanoids, steroids and terpenoids.
Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the in vitro antioxidant potential and to determine the median lethal dose (LD50) of crude ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of Pergularia daemia.
In this study, we have investigated the effect of the nutritive phytochemicals, indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and its metabolite, 3, 3'- diindolylmethane (DIM) on oxidative stress developed in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This work was carried out in the genetically modified mouse (C57BL/6J mice) that closely simulated the metabolic abnormalities of the human disease after the administration of high fat diet (HFD). Glucose, insulin, hemoglobin (Hb), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), lipid hydroperoxides (LOOH), conjugated dienes (CD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), vitamin C, vitamin E, and reduced glutathione (GSH) levels were monitored in all the groups.

The current study was designed to analyse whether the treatment of the indole glucosinolates-indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and its metabolite 3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM) could alter the carbohydrate metabolism in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced C57BL/6J mice. The plasma glucose, insulin, haemoglobin (Hb), glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c), glycogen and the activities of glycolytic enzyme (hexokinase), hepatic shunt enzyme (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase), gluconeogenic enzymes (glucose-6-phosphatase and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase) were analysed in liver and kidney of the treated and HFD mice.

Methods: AgNPs was synthesized by P.
Phyllanthus emblica L. (Euphorbiaceae), a novel natural fruit has long been used as a home remedy by the medical practitioners. In this report, we investigated the chemopreventive effect of P.
