Cutaneous infection with Paecilomyces lilacinus is encountered worldwide, with most infections occurring either iatrogenically or in immunocompromised hosts. We report three cases of cutaneous hyalohyphomycosis caused by P. lilacinus, one of which occurred in an immunocompetent individual.
