Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a multi-systemic disease that has a high morbidity rate. Choroids usually have a distinct structural makeup in different systemic disorders which makes it easier to be used as a potential tool for the study of disease activity.
Methods: This study was an observational cross-sectional prospective study with a total of 51 Systemic Lupus Erythematosus patients and 51 normal controls were included.

Methods: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, seven databases (Cochrane, EBSCOHost, EMBASE, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) along with "preprint servers" were searched systematically from the earliest available date to 14 February 2023.
Purpose: Age-related macular degeneration (ARMD) is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide and Nepal is one among them. We aimed to determine the relationship between outer retinal layer thickness parameters with central visual field indices in early dry ARMD cases among Nepalese population.
Materials And Methods: The subjects for this descriptive, cross-sectional study comprised 40 patients with early dry ARMD from the ophthalmology department of a tertiary level hospital of Nepal.

This 24-week longitudinal cohort study was conducted from January to July 2021 with participants from 6 healthcare and research facilities of Odisha to understand the dynamicity of the vaccine-induced IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 after the complete dose of vaccines. Serum samples were collected from 614 participants during each follow-up and were tested in two chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CLIA)-based platforms to detect SARS-CoV-2 antibodies both qualitatively and quantitatively.
