Supraclavicular Artery Perforator Based Flap in Reconstruction of Neck Soft Tissue Defects: Our Experience.

Neck reconstruction is challenging task as it requires achievement of both function and aesthetic form as it is exposed and visible part of body. Various reconstruction modalities like Skin graft to free flap has been described in literature (Achauer and Sood's Burns Surgery, edition 2006). We used Supraclavicular artery perforator based island Flap for resurfacing defect in Five patients.

Reverse Peroneal Artery Flap for Large Heel and Sole Defects: A Reliable Coverage.

Background: Large soft tissue defects of ankle and foot always have been challenging to reconstruct. Reverse sural flaps, free flaps have been used for this problem with variable success. Reverse peroneal artery flap is an option to use with reliability without microvascular repair.
