Over the past 5000 years, acupuncture has been practiced in Korea, China, and Japan to relieve various diseases, and it is now widely used and accepted worldwide. Although the anatomical substance and function of meridians has been actively studied, it is still not clearly defined. One of the keys to acupuncture is determining the specific anatomical location exactly on or under the skin.

Previously, anti-CD3 antibodies delivered intravenously have been known for their negative side effects. The experimental conditions for optimal liquid production are derived from the Fc-directed conjugation of anti-CD3 foralumab antibodies and magnetic nanoparticles (Ab-MNPs). The anti-CD3 antibodies are prepared for conjugation with MNPs using SiteClick antibody labelling kits.

Background: The primo vascular system can be viewed as a circulatory system that plays a therapeutic function in regenerating the body tissue. The anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody was used as an immunotherapeutic agent to treat the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Objectives: In this study, we observed the effect of injecting lymph nodes with Foralumab, an anti- human CD3 epsilon therapeutic monoclonal antibody, on primo vessels.

Although the existence of the primo vasculature system has been shown in many species, including mice, rats, rabbits and humans, the biological role of this system, including expression of genes and proteins, has not yet been investigated. Especially the transcriptional action by mRNA, which is required for biological action, needs to be studied in primo vasculature biology. Differentially expressed genes in both isolated primo vessels and lymphatic vessels of rabbits were analyzed by RNA sequencing experiments.

For the connectome of primo vascular system, some long-type primo vessels dyed with Alcian blue injected into inguinal nodes, abdominal node, and axially nodes were visualized, which passed over around the vena cava of the rabbit. The Alcian blue dye revealed primo vessels and colored blue in the rabbit lymph vessels. The length of long-type primo vessels was 18 cm on average, of which diameters were about 20-30 μm, and the lymph vessels had diameters of 100-150 μm.

It is known that the primo vascular system (PVS) includes the primo nodes and vessels. However, the relevant genes in the PVS system for both pathologic and physiologic condition are poorly understood. Here, we first examined the gene expression in primo vessels (PVs) floating in lymphatic endothelium by isolation of PVS and lymphatic vessels (LVs) containing PVS.

Aims: The goal of this study was to examine the efficacy and safety of ziprasidone to treat depressive symptoms in Korean patients with schizophrenia who showed stable symptoms.

Methods: In this 8-week, open-label, prospective, non-randomized, multicenter study, 34 patients with schizophrenia who showed a stable response to previous medications, maintained a stable dose, and who had depressive symptoms, were recruited. Ziprasidone was the only antipsychotic agent allowed for 8 weeks after a 2-7-week washout period.
