We report a case of a young female patient presenting with a high serum beta-HCG levels, amenorrhea, nausea and anemia which mimicked pregnancy followed by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. A gastric tumor was shown on endoscopy. Histopathologic evaluation revealed Primary Gastric Choriocarcinoma (PGC).
