The rehabilitation centers have emerged and become legitimized in the biomedical model, which from the implementation of attendance, namely the operational guidelines of the national policy of humanization in care and management of the Unified Health System (SUS), have been seeking changes to ensure humanized access and the resolution of health problems. The aim of this study was to analyze the attendance in Rehabilitation Centers of Reference (CCR) of SUS in Belo Horizonte (MG), from the perspectives of professionals and patients. The public policies adopted by the Unified Health System (SUS) in Brazil have gone through successive transformations, striving to reassert health as a universal right. The user acceptance of the guidelines of the National Humanization Policy for Care and Management of the SUS - Humanize SUS - is taking shape and relevance in Primary Healthcare (PHC) to ensure humanized access and resolution of the health demands of users and communities in Brazil. A critical analysis of the bibliographical output in Brazil from 1989 to 2009 was conducted regarding acceptance of implementation and qualification of SUS in PHC.

Education to promote health has traditionally been based on knowledge transmission methodologies. However, the current scenario calls for the training of professionals with a critical-reflective profile, who are able to work in teams. We present the report of an innovative experience using the construction of collective portfolios as instruments of learning, changing attitudes and training of undergraduates, in a traditional subject-based curriculum structure context.
