Objective: to understand how religiosity can influence the health of individuals diagnosed with mental disorders, based on comprehensive care.
Methods: this is an integrative literature review, with the inclusion of articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, between 2010 and 2018.
Results: the critical analysis and qualitative synthesis of the 24 selected studies were categorized into two subtopics: The influence of religiosity in promoting comprehensive mental health care; Mental health versus religiosity: influencing conditions for effective access to comprehensive care.
This quantitative study was performed to research the rate of absenteeism of nursing professionals in a psychiatric center in Manaus, from January/2004 to January/2005, in the Human Resources sector of the institution. In this period, the records of workers who were absent from their professional activities for at least one day were checked. Results showed that there were 415 absence reports in the nursing team during the studied period, by 74.

This qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study was carried out at a university hospital in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. Content analysis revealed as self-awareness expansion components how the caretaker perceives him/herself as a sensitive Self, as an esthetic Self as a possibility Self and as a beliefs and values Self Based in these results, it is suggested that formal care spaces for the caretaker need to be created, taking into account how he/she perceives him/herself the other, and the world of care in a hospital.
