[The Work Environment Climate of the Health Staff in the Surgical Areas at Hospital Universitari Vall D'Hebron (Barcelona)].

Objective: To know the perception of the work environment climate among the health staff between all the surgical areas at Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron (HUVH).

Design: Observational, descriptive and transversal research.

Study Setting: The HUVH's four surgical areas in 2014.

Neck dissection with the harmonic scalpel in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity.

Unlabelled: Our purpose was to evaluate the use of the Harmonic scalpel in neck dissections.

Material And Methods: We conducted a randomized prospective intervention study to compare the Harmonic scalpel (32 patients) with the conventional technique (31 patients).

Results: Operative time was lowered by 64 min (p < 0.
