Aim: This research aimed to assess the push-out bond strength (PBS) to dentin of three distinct obturation materials inside the root canal and identify the failure mechanism.
Materials And Methods: The research used 30 undamaged human mandibular premolars. The specimens were randomly assigned to three groups, each employing a different sealer ( = 10).
Context: Gutta-percha (GP) gets contaminated during handling. It becomes imperative to ensure GP is sterile before placement in root canal space.
Aims: The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the tensile strength of GP treated with four different disinfectant solutions: 3% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), amla juice (AJ), (AV) juice, and pancha tulsi (PT).
Aim: The aim of this study was to assess color changes in teeth and two different composite resins under the influence of chlorhexidine (CHX) with and without anti-discoloration system (ADS).
Materials And Methods: A total of 20 extracted human premolar teeth for periodontal and orthodontic purposes were selected for the study. Further, a total of 40 composite specimens comprising 20 each nanoceramic and nanohybrid composite disks of size 10-mm diameter and 0.
Background: The prevalence of apical periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients is high. The altered immunity in diabetes affects the healing process of periapical tissue. Single visit endodontic treatment has shown to increase the periapical healing rate with better patient compliance.

Objectives: The study was performed to compare and evaluate the efficacy of four experimental storage media (Hank's balanced salt solution, Ringer's lactate solution, tender coconut water, and green tea extract) for maintaining cell viability of human periodontal cells at different time intervals of 15 min 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min.
Materials And Methods: Human periodontal cells were cultured and stored in the four media. After 15 min 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min, the different media were examined under optical microscope and viabilities analyzed using an optical calorimeter.
