Fully ambient-processed and highly efficient methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI) perovskite films are very desirable for industrial manufacturing of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). To date, most reported highly efficient MAPbI PSCs rely on the fabrication of lead iodide (PbI) films inside the glovebox. Here we report a simple fabrication method using extra dry isopropanol (IPA100) for obtaining uniform and loosely packed PbI film, which leads to a uniform and highly crystalline MAPbI film under ambient conditions.

In the case of P3HT-ZnO, the charge separation was very fast, occurring within 1 ps. On the other hand, high charge recombination between electrons in the surface states and/or the conduction band of ZnO and holes in P3HT was observed.
