Aims: To evaluate the impact of anthropometric and sociodemographic factors on dental caries and gingival health among children with special healthcare needs (SHCN).
Methods And Results: This cross-sectional study involved 108 children, aged 4-14 years, with congenital heart disease, childhood cancer, bleeding disorders, various syndromes, and multiple conditions. Caregivers completed a sociodemographic questionnaire, and children underwent dental examinations to assess caries, gingival health, and oral hygiene.
This case report introduces a straightforward, noninvasive approach for the esthetic rehabilitation of malformed anterior teeth in adolescents using direct composite restorations. The universal composite resin restorations are applied within a transparent 3-dimensionally printed rigid-resin index, which is individually customized from a digital wax-up. Compared to other methods, this technique streamlines the restoration process, significantly reducing chairside time while enhancing the predictability, accuracy, and patient acceptance of the aesthetic outcome.

The purpose of this study was to assess, in vitro, the color stability and bleaching response of three bulk-fill composite resins-Activa™, Tetric®-N-Ceram Bulk-Fill, and Filtek™ One Bulk-Fill???and one conventional composite resin, Filtek™ Z250, after immersion in commonly consumed carbonated beverages and subsequent home bleaching with 15 percent carbamide peroxide. Material And Methods: Two IOSs (iTero and Omnicam), two SB angulations (0 degrees and 30 degrees), and GAs for the SBs were investigated. SBs were attached to an edentulous maxillary cast with the following implant analogs: parallel 0-degree at positions #13, #23, and #26, and 30-degree posteriorly tilted at position #16.

Here, we assess the dental treatment characteristics among children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and compare the dental procedures delivered under general anesthesia (GA) with those of healthy-matched counterparts. Materials And Methods: In this study, 36 primary first molars were divided into three groups ( = 12) each prepared to receive different crowns (SSCs, preveneered SSCs, or zirconia crowns).
