Community-academic partnerships (CAPs) in public health are essential for incorporating community input into health-related decisions, but there's a lack of literature on community partners' experiences in these collaborations.
The study employs mixed methods social network analysis (MMSNA) to explore power dynamics and relationships in a CAP focused on health equity, using both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to provide a comprehensive view of collaboration efforts.
To improve public health outcomes, it's crucial to adopt systems-level approaches that consider various community contexts, using MMSNA to analyze network structures and community perspectives effectively, ultimately leading to more sustainable health initiatives.
