Introduction: Understanding individual patient preferences for chronic low back pain (cLBP) outcomes is essential for targeting available therapeutic options; yet tools to elicit patient outcome preferences are limited.

Objective: To develop and test a choice-based conjoint (CBC) measure, commonly used in behavioral economics research, to elicit what outcomes patients with cLBP want to achieve and avoid.

We studied the correlation of sonographic and digital mammographic features with molecular classification of breast cancer. Imaging features from 313 patients with preliminary ultrasound and digital mammogram between November 2017 and May 2020 were compared with histopathology and immunohistochemical analysis for the prediction of molecular classification of breast cancer. We also devised a score called "sono-mammometry" score consisting of few simple imaging features which can easily be performed in outpatient settings.

Acute kidney injury is a common complication in hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease 2019. Similar to acute kidney injury associated with other conditions such as sepsis and cardiac surgery, morbidity and mortality are much higher in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 who develop acute kidney injury, especially in the intensive care unit. Management of coronavirus disease 2019-associated acute kidney injury with kidney replacement therapy should follow existing recommendations regarding modality, dose, and timing of initiation.
