Death certificate accuracy in a Tunisian Emergency Department.

Objective: Assess Death Certificates accuracy (DCs) issued by a teaching emergency department in Tunis.

Methods: It is a descriptive study. We included all death certificates issued in the Emergency Department of a teaching Hospital in Tunis over 17 months period (October 2013 - March 2014).

[Endoscopic treatment of Zenker's diverticulum with soft diverticuloscope: a first Tunisian experience].

Introduction: Zenker's diverticulum is an acquired hernia from the posterior pharyngeal mucosa developed in the pharyngo-esophageal junction. The gold standard for diagnosis is pharyngo-esophageal barium swallow study. Open surgery with cricopharyngeal myotomy has long been the conventional treatment.
